Ingredients for Gluten & Sugar free Protein Rich Vegan Laddu
- › Grated coconut 60gms
- › Flax seeds 30gms
- › Cardamom 3 Nos
- › Soft pitted Dates 25gms
- › Plant based protein powder 1 scoop
- › Raisins 10gms
1. Dry roast the grated coconut at medium heat in a frying pan until the turn light brown.
2. Crush the cardamom into powder after peeling up it's skin.
3. Grind the flax seeds powder by using a blender.
4. Mix the flaxseed powder, cardamom powder, roasted coconut, dates, protein powder & raisins on a high-speed blender till they form a thick paste
5. Transfer it to a plate & roll it with your hands to small lemon size Laddu.
