Gluten & Sugar free Protein Rich Vegan Laddu
- Grated coconut 60gms
- Flax seeds 30gms
- Cardamom 3 Nos
- Soft pitted Dates 25gms
- Plant based protein powder 1 scoop
- Raisins 10gms
Dry roast the grated coconut at medium heat in a frying pan until the turn light brown.
Crush the cardamom into powder after peeling up it's skin.
Grind the flax seeds powder by using a blender.
Mix the flaxseed powder, cardamom powder, roasted coconut, dates, protein powder & raisins on a high-speed blender till they form a thick paste
Transfer it to a plate & roll it with your hands to small lemon size Laddu.
