Ingredients for Ginger-Garlic Flavoured Pasta
- › 65 g Pasta
- › 6-8 Garlic cloves
- › Ginger-Garlic Paste
- › 1-2 crushed Green Chilli
- › Italian seasoning
- › 10 g Butter
- › Oregano
- › Salt
- › Vinegar(optional)
Method
1. In a Boiling water , add pasta and cook until it’s done. Keep it aside.
2. Finely chop garlic, green chillies.
3. In a heated pan , apply butter add ginger garlic paste. Sauté it till golden brown.
4. Add finely chopped garlic and green chillies.
5. Now add Pasta , mix it well.
6. Add Italian seasoning, oregano , vinegar.
7. Cover the lid for 1-2 mins. Cook it well.
8. Voila , Ginger-Garlic pasta is ready to serve.
