Ingredients for Bottlegourd kheer
- › Milk : 300ml
- › Grated Bottle gourd/Ghiya : 100gm
- › Cardamom : 2 piece
- › Almond : 5gm
- › Sugar free/Stevia : As per the taste
1. Take a pan and add milk in it. Let it simmer for 2-3 mins.
2. Now add grated bottle gourd in the same pan and let the mixture simmer for next 10-15 mins at lower flame.
3. Add cardamom, almonds and sugar free and stir for 1-2 minutes.
4. Take out kheer in a bowl. Enjoy!!
