- Milk : 300ml
- Grated Bottle gourd/Ghiya : 100gm
- Cardamom : 2 piece
- Almond : 5gm
- Sugar free/Stevia : As per the taste
Take a pan and add milk in it. Let it simmer for 2-3 mins.
Now add grated bottle gourd in the same pan and let the mixture simmer for next 10-15 mins at lower flame.
Add cardamom, almonds and sugar free and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Take out kheer in a bowl. Enjoy!!
