How to make ghiya burfi
peel bottle gourd and grate..add one spoon ghee in a pan to it add grated bottle gourd.Mix well nd cover..let it cook for 2-3 min..
Add 50 ml milk to it stir well and let it cook in sim flame for 5 min..cook till bottle gourd gets cook.
to it add now milk powder and mix well so that no lumps are formed if needed can add lil water a spoon it two.mix well
add sugar free or Stevia as much u like..mix well..ready to serve.. decorate with nuts of your choice..enjoy
