How to make garlic shrimps and salad
Step-1
Descale and de vein shrimps leaving the head and tail connected ( you can remove it too)
Heat a skillet and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Add shrimps , garlic ,salt and pepper ( here I am using medium size so cooking time is 15-20 minutes on medium flame )
Now add chopped parsley
And plate it
Salad
Wash and chop lettuce , add bell peppers chopped , olive oil , mayonnaise and sprinkle some salt and pepper
Mix well with spatula and serve on sides of shrimps
