How to make Garlic lachha paratha
Step-1
Girne soya chunks and make powder
Step-2
mix it in wheat flour, add salt and 5ml oil to it and make dough. rest it for 10 min.
Step-3
take 10ml butter at room temperature, crush garlic cloves and mix it in butter, add chili flakes and oregano herb.
Step-4
make dough ball, and role a big roti. spread butter garlic paste and sprinkle chopped coriander on it.
you can make lachha paratha or simple triangular paratha with it using oil.
Step-5
have it with chutni or sabji whatever u like.
