How to make Garlic chicken
Step-1
200g Grams Chicken Breast
50g Greek Yogurt
1 table Spoon - Chopped Garlic
1 table spoon - Ginger Garlic home made paste
10 g Butter
Marinate the entire in ingrediants and top up with salt , Kashmiri mirch and green coriander and keep it in fridge for 1 hour or over night.
Pre heat the Otg or small bar b que tandoor
Roast It for 5-7 minute
And then make it rest for a while then again put some butter and roast it for 2-3 minutes and serve hot
