Ingredients for Garlic butter prawns
- › Prawns -250g (deshelled& deveined) Spring onion - 2 Garlic- 10gm Butter -10 gm chilli flakes - to taste oregano - to taste Lemon- half
1. 1. wash prawns and pat dry it. 2. Heat butter in pan and add garlic to it , let garlic get brown . 3. Add chopped green onions to butter and garlic let it cook for 5 min. 4. once onions are cooked ,Add prawns and mix it well 5. Add oregano, salt , chilli flakes and let it cook for 5 -6min prawns get cook really fast so no need to cover them Garnish with chopped green onions and your prawns are ready.
