- › 50 grams garlic bread, 10g butter, 25g Mozzarella cheese, finelly chopped garlic, Italian seasoning, pepper powder
Method
1. In 5g butter, toast the garlic bread on a non stick pan.
2. In remaining 5g butter add chopped garlic.
3. Spread the buttery garlic over the bread.
4. Top the bread with shredded Mozzarella cheese evenly.
5. Sprinkle pepper powder and Italian seasoning.
6. Place in the oven on convection mode at 180 degrees for 5 mins or on the pan with lid covered for 2 mins.
