How to make Garlic ataaa naan
Step-1
Take 50 gm flour/ataa. Mix 3 teaspoon yoghurt.
Step-2
Then add all the mentioned spices and knead the dough into a soft one. Add water as per requirement.
Step-3
Take 2 drops of ghee in ur palm and grease the dough and keep it covered for 20 mins.The curd with help the dough to ferment and rise.
Step-4
Heat up ur pan or tawa.
Step-5
Make small balls and flatten the dough in an oval shape.
Step-6
Now take some water and rub one side of ur flattened roti with the water.
Step-7
Once the pan is hot enough, place the bread with the watered side on the pan and cover it up and reduce the flame.
Step-8
After 1 min the roti will start to rise up .Remove the lid and take a cloth and start pressing the roti from different sides so that it can get cooked. Cook it till u see brown spots.
Step-9
Flip the roti to other side and follow the same process of pressing it with a piece of cloth.No need to put the lid on this time.
Step-10
Once it is cooked put some ghee on top.
