Curd 3 teaspoon
Pink salt one pinch
Chat masala one teaspon
Green chilli 1
Garlic 4-5 pods chopped
Coriander leaves handful
Ghee for garnush
Nigella seeds quarter tea spoon
Take gm flour/ataa. Mix teaspoon yoghurt.
Then add all the mentioned spices and knead the dough into a soft one. Add water as per requirement.
Take drops of ghee in ur palm and grease the dough and keep it covered for mins.The curd with help the dough to ferment and rise.
Heat up ur pan or tawa.
Make small balls and flatten the dough in an oval shape.
Now take some water and rub one side of ur flattened roti with the water.
Once the pan is hot enough, place the bread with the watered side on the pan and cover it up and reduce the flame.
After min the roti will start to rise up .Remove the lid and take a cloth and start pressing the roti from different sides so that it can get cooked. Cook it till u see brown spots.
Flip the roti to other side and follow the same process of pressing it with a piece of cloth.No need to put the lid on this time.
Once it is cooked put some ghee on top.
Ur homemade garlic ataa naan is ready.
