Carrots grated - 300 g
Milk - 50 Ml
Low calorie sweetener - 7-10 g
Ghee - 10 g
Almonds - 5 g
Pistachios - 5 g
Cashews - 5 g
2 cardamom, 1 stick cinnamon
Direction
Step-1
Grate the carrots not too fine.
Step-2
Make a powder out of cinnamon and cardamom or use them as whole.
Step-3
To a pressure cooker add the carrots, low calorie sweetener, milk, ghee & cinnamon and cardamom powder.
Step-4
Let it run on medium low heat for 30 minutes.
Step-5
Depressurize the cooker, open the lid and mix all the ingredients well. Dry out any excess water and milk.
Step-6
Let it cool, top it with the chopped almonds, cashews and pistachios and enjoy the warm and delicious halwa!!
