Ingredients for Fruits & Nut Smoothie Bowl
- › Rolled oats 30gm
- › Banana 50gm
- › Apple red & green 50gm
- › Soya milk 50gm
- › Papaya ripen 100gm
- › Almonds 5gm
- › Flaxseed powdered 5gms
Method
1. 1. Put all the ingredients, except a few slices of apple, almonds and flaxseed powder in a blender and blend it well to make a thick rich smoothie. 2. Serve it in a bowl and top it with the remaining ingredients
