Ingredients for Fruit and nut protein smoothie bowl
- › Whey - 1 scoop ( vanilla or mango flavour , or plain)
- › Banana - half ( 50 g )
- › Mango - one piece (25 g )( optional)
- › Raisins-9 g
- › Almonds - 5-6 ( 6 g)
- › mix Seeds- 1.5-2 tsp (4g)
- › Cardamom powder- if you like ( optional)
Method
1. Add pieces of banana and mango, in a blender Add whey protein and some water., some ice cubes
2. Blend everything till you get a smoothie mixture
3. Pour it in a bowl, decorate it with your creativity, make it look nice basically. I used mixed seeds, almonds, raisins but this is totally upto to you
4. Sprinkled some cardamom powder because I like the freshness it has ! Enjoy
