  • Recipe Ingredients listWhey - 1 scoop ( vanilla or mango flavour , or plain)
  • Recipe Ingredients listBanana - half ( 50 g )
  • Recipe Ingredients listMango - one piece (25 g )( optional)
  • Recipe Ingredients listRaisins-9 g
  • Recipe Ingredients listAlmonds - 5-6 ( 6 g)
  • Recipe Ingredients listmix Seeds- 1.5-2 tsp (4g)
  • Recipe Ingredients listCardamom powder- if you like ( optional)

Direction

Step-1

Add pieces of banana and mango, in a blender Add whey protein and some water., some ice cubes

Step-2

Blend everything till you get a smoothie mixture

Step-3

Pour it in a bowl, decorate it with your creativity, make it look nice basically. I used mixed seeds, almonds, raisins but this is totally upto to you

Step-4

Sprinkled some cardamom powder because I like the freshness it has ! Enjoy
