How to make Fruit and nut protein smoothie bowl
Step-1
Add pieces of banana and mango, in a blender
Add whey protein and some water., some ice cubes
Step-2
Blend everything till you get a smoothie mixture
Step-3
Pour it in a bowl, decorate it with your creativity, make it look nice basically. I used mixed seeds, almonds, raisins but this is totally upto to you
Step-4
Sprinkled some cardamom powder because I like the freshness it has !
