Ingredients for Fruit & Nut Oats Bowl
- › 40 g quick cooking oats ( roasted )
- › 100 ml Alpro Vanilla Almond Milk
- › 60 g apple cut into small pieces
- › 10 g whey protein chocolate flavour
- › 12 g Almonds ( half crushed. rest for garnish)
1. In a bowl, take oats, whey and milk. Mix well. Let it rest for 10 mins while the oats become soft.
2. Add chopped apple and crushed almonds. Mix well.
3. Garnish with few chopped apple pieces and almonds. Enjoy!
