Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients list1 cup raw cashew nuts (140g)
  • Recipe Ingredients list1 cup almonds (165g)
  • Recipe Ingredients list1 cup sunflower seeds (150g)
  • Recipe Ingredients list2 cups dried dates (300g)
  • Recipe Ingredients list1 cup dried currants (170g)
  • Recipe Ingredients list1 tsp vanilla essence (5g)
  • Recipe Ingredients list1/2 cup desiccated coconut (38g)

Direction

Step-1

Process the nuts & seeds in a large food processor bowl until finely chopped (maybe in batches so you don’t overheat the food processor)

Step-2

Add the dates, currants and vanilla essence and process until almost smooth and sticky

Step-3

Roll into 30 small balls & coat with coconut

Step-4

**there should be enough moisture from the fruit & nuts to bind everything, but if not, add a tbsp of water**
