Frozen yogurt delight
- Greek yogurt 180 gm . I used epigamia plain
- frozen raspberries 25gm
- pistachio 5 gm for garnishing and crunch
- natural sweetener, vanilla essence
Take 180 gms of greek yogurt plain.
Add vanilla essence few drops
Add natural sweetener few drops
Chop the frozen raspberries roughly and also the pistachio. Keep aside a few for garnish and mix the rest of them in the yogurt mix.
Mix all ingredients together.
Spread the mix on a butter paper sheet placed on a cake tin or any other flat plate.
Spread it evenly and place in freezer for few hours. Let it set
After it is set take it out, cut into pieces or break it into pieces and enjoy it as a crunchy cool dessert.
