Ingredients for Frozen Mango Smoothie Bowl
- › Mango
- › Milk
- › Whey
- › Granola
- › Chia seeds
Method
1. Wash, peel and cut your mangoes and put in the freezer overnight.
2. Next morning, in the blender add 150gms mangoes (quantify before outing in freezer) 100ml milk 1 scoop protein powder unflavoured
3. Blend until smooth (add a bit of water if needed)
4. Top with 15gms granola for the crunch & Some chia seeds
