Frozen Mango Smoothie Bowl
- Chia seeds
Wash, peel and cut your mangoes and put in the freezer overnight.
Next morning, in the blender add 150gms mangoes (quantify before outing in freezer) 100ml milk 1 scoop protein powder unflavoured
Blend until smooth (add a bit of water if needed)
Top with 15gms granola for the crunch & Some chia seeds
