How to make Frittata
Step-1
In a bowl, beat eggs lightly. Add milk, salt,pepper, dried herbs ( oregano/basil/ rosemary).
Step-2
In a non-stick pan, wilt the spinach just for 30sec. add them in the egg mixture. Repeat for tomatoes.
Step-3
mix all well. add in microwave dish. add cheese.
Step-4
Preheat oven for 5min. Put the dish and bake for 10mins.
Step-5
Take out, cut into pieces and enjoy hot!
