- Eggs- 3
- Butter- 5gm
- Onion- 10gm
- Tomato- 10gm
- Capsicum- 10gm
- Cheese- 10gm
- Oregano and herbs- a pinch
- black pepper powder and salt - as per the taste.
Beat the eggs nicely and then continuously whisk it until you get nice foam.
Heat the butter in a pan and add chopped onion, tomato and capsicum and saute it for 2 minutes.
Now add the egg mixture and let it cook on low flame for sometime or for about 4-5 minutes and let half of the egg get set.
Now sprinkle salt, pepper, oregano and herbs and grate cheese over it. Cover the lid and let the cheese melt and egg set. This will take about 2-3 minutes.
Note: Egg setting may vary depending on the size of the pan you use. The deeper and smaller the pan, the more time it will take.
