How to make Fried rice and Soya chunks Manchurian
grind soya granules into fine powder
Add veggies of your choice. I added cabbage. add the salt n water to make fritters consistency
in appam tawa, grease it with ghee, n add the mixture and bake.
in another tawa, pour some ghee add veggies . once the veggies are cooked, put in soya sauce and Tomato ketchup and salt.
Once that is cooked, add the manchurians
For Fried rice. add ghee .. in that add veggies like peas, spring onions, capsicum. Saute it and then add cooked rice.
add some salt, ketchup and Soya sauce. and some green chilli powder.
