  • Recipe Ingredients listgreen food colour 1 pinch (optional)

  • Recipe Ingredients liststevia as per your taste.

Direction

Step-1

take fresh coconut meat remove the black part with knife.

Step-2

now cut small pieces of white part in a bowl.

Step-3

grind it to make shredded coconut

Step-4

take a pan add shredded coconut stir it 5-10 mints

Step-5

Add khoya(mawa) in it and food colour mix together

Step-6

Add stevia and stir it till the mixture is thick

Step-7

Now take a plate grease with 2 drop of ghee

Step-8

pour this mixture in a plate and give a square shape of mixture set equally.garnish with pista

Step-9

cool the sweet in freezer and cut it in equal piece very carefully

Step-10

coconut barfi is ready to eat.
