Ingredients for French Egg
- › Egg Onion Tomatoes Green Chilly
- › Avacado (optional)
Method
1. semi cook all the vegetables in a non stick pan
2. whisk the eggs in a bowl and add the cooked veggies
3. add butter to the pan and pour the egg mix
4. cover it with the lid and cook both sides for 2-4 minutes
