How to make French beans Raita(farasbi chi koshimbir)
Step-1
Blanch French beans or steam them
Step-2
Chop them finely in handy chopper or cut them finely
Also chop onion finely ( optional)
Step-3
Add salt ,a pinch of stevia , beaten curd , mix nicely
Step-4
Sprinkle cumin powder, chat masala,red chilly powder
Step-5
Enjoy with any Parathas or masala rice ,pulav
