Ingredients for Frankie with egg & cheese filling
- › 1 Roti - 25g Wheat flour 1 Whole egg 1 Cheese slice or 25g paneer Butter - 5g Tomato sause - 5g & some veggies. Herbs used - black pepper & salt
Method
1. Make omelette with 1 egg + some veggies in butter/ghee. Put Omelette, Tomato sauce & cheese slice on top of Roti & serve it hot.
