Ingredients for FOXTAIL MILLET VEG PULAO
- › FOXTAIL MILLET (20 GRAM = 1 TEA CUP)
- › VEGETABLES , ANYTHING U PREFER
- › GARAM MASALA , AND EXTRA SPICES AS PER UR REQUIREMENT

Method
1. SOAK THE FOXTAIL MILLET FOR 3-6 HOURS BEFORE , U CAN ALSO SOAK IT OVERNIGHT , SOAKING FOR LONG TIME , WILL MAKE IT MORE EASY TO COOK!
2. ADD 1 TABLESPOON OIL AND FRY THE VEGETABLES
3. ADD SALT AND CLOSE THE LID FOR THE VEGETABLES TO COOK
4. ADD 1 SPOON OF GARAM MASALA AND AROUND HALF A SPOON OF RED CHILLI POWDER , ADD PICH OF CINNAMON AND CADAMOM AND CLOVES IF REQUIRED
5. ADD THE RICE AND MIX WELL
6. FOR ONE CUP OF FOXTAIL MILLET - ADD ONE AND HALF CUP OF WATER AND ALLOW TO COOK FOR ONE WHISTLE , OR TWO , OR HOWMUCHEVER IT TAKES IN UR COOKER TO COOK FOR NORMAL RICE
7. SERVE HOT WITH RAITA
