Ingredients for Flavored Butter
- › 100 gm Salted Butter
- › 2 crushed garlic cloves
- › 1/4th tsp ground black pepper
- › 1/4th tsp chilli flakes
- › 1/4th tsp Italian seasoning or oregano
1. Let the butter soften (soft enough to work with!) at room temperature. Mash it, with the help of a fork/spatula.
2. Add crushed garlic, Italian seasoning, ground black pepper & chilly flakes, Mix well.
3. Place the butter in a food wrap paper and twist the ends, like that of a toffee!
4. Refrigerate and use when needed.
