- 100 gm Salted Butter
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1/4th tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4th tsp chilli flakes
- 1/4th tsp Italian seasoning or oregano
Let the butter soften (soft enough to work with!) at room temperature. Mash it, with the help of a fork/spatula.
Add crushed garlic, Italian seasoning, ground black pepper & chilly flakes, Mix well.
Place the butter in a food wrap paper and twist the ends, like that of a toffee!
Refrigerate and use when needed.
