▪︎chickpeas 100gm ▪︎olive oil 1 tbsp ▪︎garlic 4-5 cloves ▪︎toasted sesame seeds 14gm ▪︎toasted cumin powder 1 tbsp ▪︎lemon juice 1 tbsp ▪︎salt to taste ▪︎beetroot( boiled & grated) 1

Method

Step 1

/rh cup chickpeas Soak overnight with a pinch of soda and next day boil till soft and mushy. Cool completely, in a mixie jar blend together boiled chickpeas, - cloves garlic, salt to taste, tsp roasted cumin seeds powder, tsp roasted sesame seeds, tsp olive oil or any other neutral oil, / lemon juice and some icecubes....blend everything to fine dip.... For beetroot hummus blend grated boiled beetroot with the above plain hummus..... and there you have it....Hummus ways !!
