Thai Green Curry Paste - 25gm
Paneer - 125gm
Coconut Milk - 100gm

Basil leaves - 1gm / 2 leaves
Onion - 5gm
Green Chillies - 3
In a pan add ml oil. Saute / thin slices of paneer for mins with pinch of pepper (optional). Remove the paneer and keep it aside. In the same pan add green Thai curry paste. Saute for around mins.
Add green chillies slit from between. Add onion & remaining Paneer cubes.
Add Basil leaves.
Pour the coconut milk in the pan.
Add salt & stevia accordingly to the taste.
Let it boil for few mins for it to thicken the curry.
Transfer in a bowl and garnish it with sauted paneer and add remaining basil leaves.
