Ingredients for #FITTRMasterchef Mango Whey Cheesecake
- › Paneer 100gms
- › Mango whey 1 scoop
- › Mango pulp 100gms
- › Mango pcs 50gms
- › Ghee 5ml
- › Skimmed milk 30ml
- › Kesar and elaichi powder as per taste
- › Stevia 1/2 tsp or as per taste
1. Heat 5ml ghee in a kadhai, add milk and paneer.
2. Mix for a minute and then add mango pulp.
3. Saute for 2-3 minutes and then add whey and elaichi powder.
4. Add stevia and Saute for another few minutes until desired consistency is reached.
5. Now transfer the mixture in a serving dish.
6. Garnish with mango pieces and kesar and pista.
7. Keep in refrigerator for 2 hours and serve cold.
