Ingredients for #FITTRMasterchef Chicken Seekh Kabab
- › 150 gm boneless Chicken
- › 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- › 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- › 1/4 tbsp Haldi Powder
- › 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
- › Hand full of Coriander leaves
- › 2 Green Chillies
- › 1 tbsp Chicken Masala
- › 5gms Ghee
Method
1. Add Chicken and all other ingredients in a mixer jar and grind it well. Refrigerate the mixture for 15 to 20 min Add the mixture on the seekh with the help of some water on your hand /can use wooden spatula instead of seekh Apply Ghee on the mixture Roast the kabab on gas for few min cut it into half and remove from the seekh And it’s done
