chicken breast - 150gm
oil - 10gm
curd - 30gm
mint- 30gm
ginger - 10gm
garlic -10gm -5gm for pudina chutney
onion -10gm
green chilli -10gm for chicken patties - 5gm for pudina chutney
other ingredients 1. salt as per taste for both patties and chutney 2. kashmir mirch 1/2 spoon 3. cumin powder 1/2 spoon 4. garam masala 1/4 spoon
chicken patties . Take gm for minced chicken breast, add chopped ginger,garlic,onion, green chilli, other ingredients ( salt, kashmir chilli, garam masala, cumin powder).
mix well, make into small patties.
place a butter paper in air fryer pan, make small holes and grease the paper with gm oil.
place the patties on greased butter paper, spead remaining gm oil on top of chicken patties evenly using brush.
Air fry the patties at °c for mins toss the patties on other side, again air fry them for min at °c, patties are ready
Pudina chutney . Grind mint leaves, green chilli, garlic and curd. . Add salt and squeeze lemon- pudina chutney is ready
