Ingredients for Fish with no chips
- › Fish fillet
- › 1 slice whole wheat bread for croutons
- › Lettuce leaves
- › Cherry tomatoes
- › 1 tbsp low fat Dressing
1. Season fillet with spices of your choice and pan sear it till cooked.
2. Prepare salad with lettuce leaves, tomatoes and prepare croutons of 1 slice whole wheat bread by double toasting it and cutting into small squares. Garnish with dressing and place fillet on top.
