Fish with no chips
- Fish fillet
- 1 slice whole wheat bread for croutons
- Lettuce leaves
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp low fat Dressing
Season fillet with spices of your choice and pan sear it till cooked.
Prepare salad with lettuce leaves, tomatoes and prepare croutons of 1 slice whole wheat bread by double toasting it and cutting into small squares. Garnish with dressing and place fillet on top.
