Ingredients for Fish Tawa Tikka
- › 100 GM lean white fish boneless
- › 1 tablespoon peanuts
- › 1 tablespoon thick yogurt
- › 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- › Some green chilli & coriander
- › Few drops of lemon juice
- › Pinch of salt and garam masala
- › 1 tablespoon gram flour
Method
1. Grind all the ingredients in a mixer, except fish and make smooth paste.
2. Cut the fish fillet in bite size pieces and coat them with the mixture
3. Put pan on medium high heat and just brush/ spray it with a drops of oil
4. Place all fish pieces, flip them in every 1-2 minutes or so and cook them from all sides
5. Enjoy your Snack
