- 85 g Sea Bass Fillet
- 100 g Spinach leaves
- 20 g Mushroom halves
- 60 g Potato
- 8 g Olive oil
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- Dry Spices ( pepper, Chilly, Rosemary)
Slice the potatoes in rounds. Spread on a lined baking tray. Brush it with some oil. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt, pepper. Bake at 150 for 12 mins.
In a non stick pan add rest of the oil and pan fry fish fillet by rubbing in some pepper, salt. First the skin side for 5 mins and then the other side for a min on low flame. Take out in a serving plate and pour lemon juice over it.
In the same pan add in mushroom and saute till it leaves water. Add in spinach leaves and let it reduce. Now add in 1/4 tsp chilly powder & salt. Once the water evaporates its ready to serve.
