- Fish 300 grams
- Lemon 1 , turmeric 5grams , red chilli powder 2 grams , salt 1/2 tsp , garam masala 5 grams , sambhar masala 2 grams
- 10 ml oil ( mustard oil preferably)
Clean and wah fish .. wipe with paper towel
Now take a bowl, squeeze lime juice and add all the spices . Mix well and marinade fish pieces well with it .
Heat oil in a nonstick or cast iron pan and then fry fish on medium to high flame ( each side for 10 minutes)
