  • Recipe Ingredients listLemon 1 , turmeric 5grams , red chilli powder 2 grams , salt 1/2 tsp , garam masala 5 grams , sambhar masala 2 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients list10 ml oil ( mustard oil preferably)

Direction

Step-1

Clean and wah fish .. wipe with paper towel

Step-2

Now take a bowl, squeeze lime juice and add all the spices . Mix well and marinade fish pieces well with it .

Step-3

Heat oil in a nonstick or cast iron pan and then fry fish on medium to high flame ( each side for 10 minutes)
