Chinese Pomfret- 200gm
Ginger root raw- 5gm
Garlic raw- 5gm
Green Chilly- 5gm
Coriander- 75gm
Spinach- 50gm
Ghee/Butter - 10gm
Lemon juice, rock salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder - as per taste
Direction
Step-1
Clean and cut the fish in the form of slices and marinate it with ginger garlic paste.
Step-2
In a mixer, take coriander leaves, spinach, chillies, salt and lime juice and make a paste out of it.
Step-3
Add this green paste to fish along with all dry spices and coat it well.
Step-4
In a non stick pan, add ghee/butter/oil and let the fish fry until it caramel brown on both the sides.
Step-5
Note: 2 fish pieces are of 200gm and also you can avoid ghee/oil as this fish originally has sufficient fat content in it.
