- 150gm Salmon Fish Fillet
- 100gm Asparagus and a clove of garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Any salad
Sprinkle some salt and pepper along with few drops of lemon juice.
Keep a pan on medium heat and brush it with drops of oil.
Once pan is hot, put fish fillet skin side down. And cook it for 3-5 minutes (depends upon thickness). Approximately 85% from skinny side.
Flip the fish and cook it for another minute and remove it from pan.
While fish is resting, add chopped garlic clove in same pan and sauté for a minute.
Add asparagus sauté it, add salt & pepper and cover the pan for 3-4 minutes.
Serve both with choice of salad. For me it is simple Kachumber Salad.
