How to make fish curry
Step-1
10 gms oil add curry leaves. methi dana,sarson for tadka
Step-2
add onion . Garlic n ginger paste sauthe till it changes colour
Step-3
then add turmeric powder,chilly powder,salt,green chilly,chopped tomato n little tamarind
Sauthe in low flame by sprinkling water as oil is less
Step-4
When tomato is finely mashed n mixed add half glass water to make thin liquid solution taste salt and add washed fish in it let is boil.
Then simmern keep for ten min till it becomes a bit thick .add coriander n enjoy.
Step-5
U can add coriander and cumin powder too but i didnt put
