Filter Coffee Decoction
- Roast And ground coffee blend powder - approx 30g Water to boil ‐ approx 130 to 150 ml
Add 2 spoons coffee powder in the filtering top container of the filter coffee maker Place the plunger Add three spoons coffee powder on top of plunger. Add hot water slowly on the coffee and close the lid. Let the coffee drop in the collecting container. The perfect decoction of filtered coffee is now ready! You can have dark coffee or you can mix milk, sugar/sweetener and have filtered kaapi South Indian style! Note: Plunger is optional.
