How to make Fig Cardamom Cake

Step-1

1.Chop the figs & hydrate them in little hot water for an hour. Strain & keep aside. 2.Beat the butter & add curd , condensed milk,stevia & beat well. ( wet ingredients) 3.Sift all the dry ingredients in a bowl. ( Maida, Baking soda ,Baking powder& Cardamom powder ) 4.Pour the dry ingredients little by little in the wet ingredients & mix.. if required add 50 gm of milk little by little. 5. Add the chopped figs in cut & fold method using spatula. The batter should be in thick consistency. 6.Bake at 160 C for 40 minutes.
