- 220 gm Prawns
- 10 g Hot Chilli Sauce
- 6 g Corn Flour
- 5 g Oil
- Dry Spices- Chilly, Pepper
- 10 g Minced ginger garlic
In a nonstick pan add oil and heat on a low flame. Once hot add in minced ginger garlic & saute.
Next add the prawns and saute for 2-3 mins. Mix cornflour with water and add in. Give a mix .
Add in salt, dry spices, sauce. Stir for 4-5 mins more. If its too thick add in lil water and give a mix.
Serve by garnishing with cilantro/ chopped spring onion greens.
