Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listcottage cheese (paneer) - 250 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listalmonds - 25 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listbutter (amul) - 10 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listwhey protein blend - 1 scoop chocolate fudge flavor
  • Recipe Ingredients listwater 75ml

Direction

Step-1

Crush paneer in a bowl with hand or grinder. cut 10 grams almonds into small pieces.

Step-2

Add whey protein in a shaker with 75ml water and shake well till it gets thick. Now add whey shake over the crushed paneer in the bowl. Pour slowly and mix well with spoon to get the thicker better.

Step-3

Preheat appam maker for 2 minutes. Apply 5 grams butter on appam pan thoroughly.

Step-4

Add better into the pan in selected sections. Do not add till full, oil will be coming out.

Step-5

Add half sliced almonds over the better on the pan and cover the lid for 3 minutes.

Step-6

Open the lid and flip on other side of the better and cook for another 2 minutes till it turns light brownish.

Step-7

Cool it down and it's ready to eat 😋 Stay Safe Stay Fittr

P.S. : Cashews are for drawing attention. Not used in the recipe.

Hi Ravi, Looks so yummy and fits my macros perfectly.. I wanna try it.. but 1. when and how to add grated paneer with whey? 2. what whey u used? I have double choc, not sure whether it ll be good with paneer? 3. shldn't we add any other sweetner like Stevia to make it sweet?
