- Paneer 50gm Rajgara flour 30 gm Green chilli and ginger paste Salt (as per teast) Black paper powder
- water (as per requirement)
Shredded all paneer
put all ingredients all together.
Make a dough little hard.
division dough in 3 balls
Roll one by one balls on rolling board. while rolling use plastic beg so it will be easy to roll.
Put you pan on gas stove on medium heat.
Take roti on roller and gently put it on pan on slow heat.
Once it's bake from one side turn it. bake from side little crispy.
Take out from pan and put little ghee on it.
And enjoy with Curd.
